Emmanuel Adebayor has signed a one-year deal to join Turkish minnows, Kayserispor.
The former Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City striker was a free agent after he left Istanbul Basaksehir earlier this summer, ending his three years career with the club, where scored 28 goals in 76 appearances.

The 35-year-old Togolese has now made the move to Kayserispor. He joins Ivorian Brice Dja Djedje, Ghana’s Bernard Mensah, Nigeria’s Anthony Uzodimma and Cameroon’s Paul-Georges Ntep at the club.

On signing for Kayserispor, who are winless and currently 13th in the 18-team Super Lig table after two matches this season, Adebayor.said: “This is a league I know very well and I feel happy to be here.”
“We can only do something great together and I want to make positive contribution to the great quality already here at the club.”
